The BreedIt© SNP Selector Tool is now available.
The SNP Selector provides an interface to generate customized lists of SNPs based on cM distance between markers genome-wide, and between markers at known trait positions. The installer will generate a folder called "breedit" and place three Excel spreadsheets inside this folder. These are fully functional "toy files", which can be used to explore the functions of SNP Selector or to serve as templates for the input of other information into the SNP Selector.
